Ingredients

  • 3/4 to 1 lb. ham slice, trimmed of fat
  • 1 (18 oz.) can sweet potatoes
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup red currant jelly
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice

Instructions

  1. Place ham slice in a 2-quart glass baking dish.
  2. Arrange sweet potatoes around the ham slice.
  3. Combine raisins, brown sugar, red currant jelly, and orange juice, then pour over the ham and sweet potatoes.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Microwave on roast setting for 12 to 14 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
