Ingredients

  • 1 c. diced ham
  • 2 c. macaroni
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 3 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni in boiling water until tender, then drain and let it cool.
  2. Combine diced ham, cooked macaroni, chopped celery, grated carrots, chopped green peppers, and chopped onions in a large bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, prepared mustard, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss thoroughly to combine.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
