Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 6 medium zucchini

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  2. Simmer the zucchini halves in salted water for 10 minutes.
  3. Scoop out the pulp from the zucchini halves.
  4. Combine the pulp with chopped ham, garlic salt, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped mushrooms, and bread crumbs.
  5. Stuff the zucchini shells with the mixture.
  6. Bake the stuffed zucchini at 350°F for 10 minutes.
