Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 11-12 oz. can tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped green pepper, and minced garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the tomato juice, uncooked elbow macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
