Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup green peppers
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add chopped onions and green peppers to the beef and cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/2 cup of water, cook until mixture thickens, then set aside to cool.
  4. Prepare the biscuit dough using 2 cups of Bisquick according to package instructions.
  5. Roll out the dough, cut into circles, and place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
