Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup sliced yellow squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
  • 2 cups grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet with the chopped onion.
  2. Prepare the squash and drain it.
  3. Layer the cooked beef, squash, soup, and grated cheese in a baking dish.
  4. Season the beef and squash with salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
