Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 pt. tomatoes
  • 1 cup cooked and drained macaroni
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • cracker crumbs
  • 1 small can English peas
  • 1 small can corn
  • 1 chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet with one tablespoon of oil.
  2. Pour all ingredients into a baking dish and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese and cracker crumbs on top.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
