- Chill the dough for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out dough on a well-floured surface.
- Cut into 2 1/2-inch circles.
- Place 2 teaspoons of filling in the center of each circle.
- Fold three sides toward the center and pinch the edges together to form a triangle.
- Bake on a greased cookie sheet for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
