Ingredients

  • 8 oz. noodles
  • 16 oz. can peas
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the ground beef and chopped onion together, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the cooked noodles, peas, diced celery, canned tomatoes, green pepper, and tomato soup to the beef mixture in the order given.
  3. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for one hour.
