Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • dash salt and pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups browned sausage

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Spread frozen hash browns over the melted margarine.
  3. Slightly beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
  4. Add shredded cheese and browned sausage to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns in the pan.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
