Ingredients

  • 24 oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the thawed hash brown potatoes, cream of celery soup, milk, sour cream, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. In the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle Durkee French fried onion rings on top and return to the oven until the onions are crispy and golden.
