- Crumble bacon and set aside.
- Heat the bacon drippings in the skillet.
- Add frozen hash brown potatoes to the skillet.
- Cook over low heat until the underside is crisp and lightly browned.
- In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes in the skillet.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Cut into wedges to serve.
