Ingredients

  • 1 large yellow turnip
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel the turnip thickly and dice it.
  2. Cook the diced turnip in boiling water until tender, then drain.
  3. Return the cooked turnip to the saucepan.
  4. Add butter, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.
  5. Bring to boiling point and serve.
