Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup cold water

Instructions

  2. Mix oil, vinegar, and vanilla together.
  3. Stir the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  4. Add cold water and stir well until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into a greased 8-inch square pan or a tube pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes for an 8-inch square pan, or 60 minutes for a tube pan.
