- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, thoroughly brown ground beef, chopped onion, and garlic; drain fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked meat, Italian breadcrumbs, beaten egg, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and oregano.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread 1 cup of spaghetti sauce evenly in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each cooked, drained jumbo shell with about 1 heaping tablespoon of the meat mixture.
- Arrange the filled shells over the sauce in the baking dish.
- Top the shells with the remaining spaghetti sauce.
- Cover the dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover, sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella cheese, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
