Ingredients

  • 8 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded onion
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil

Instructions

  1. Mix together all ingredients except oil.
  2. Toss well to combine.
  3. Add oil last; toss again to coat evenly.
