Ingredients

  • 13 oz. small soft bread sticks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. dried Italian spices
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice bread 3/8 inch thick.
  2. Combine olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic. Toss with bread slices.
  3. Combine grated Parmesan cheese, dried Italian spices, and red pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the spice mixture on the bread and toss to coat.
  5. Bake on a sheet at 400°F for 5 minutes.
  6. Turn the bread slices and bake for another 2 to 5 minutes until crispy.
  7. Cool and store in an air-tight container for up to 3 weeks.
