- Slice bread 3/8 inch thick.
- Combine olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic. Toss with bread slices.

- Bake on a sheet at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Turn the bread slices and bake for another 2 to 5 minutes until crispy.
