Herb-flavored pork chops are tender, juicy, and topped with a creamy mushroom sauce, making them perfect for comforting family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg and milk together until well blended.
  2. Combine the Italian bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
  3. Dip each pork chop into the bread crumb mixture, then into the egg mixture, and then back into the bread crumbs to coat thoroughly.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the coated pork chops on both sides.
  5. Pour off any excess drippings from the skillet.
  6. Spoon the cream of mushroom soup over the pork chops.
  7. Cover the skillet and simmer for 1 hour until the pork is cooked through and tender.
