Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Tbsp All Purpose flour
  • 12 oz Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 medium fresh lemon
  • 1 Cup low sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon pepper seasoning blend with flour on a large plate.
  2. Pat chicken dry and roll in the flour mixture to coat.
  3. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides, about 3 minutes each side.
  5. Meanwhile, remove zest from the lemon and squeeze juice from the lemon.
  6. Mix lemon zest and juice with chicken broth.
  7. Pour the lemon mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
  8. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the juices run clear.
