- Fill the pockets of each pork chop with the stuffing mixture and close with toothpicks.
- Dredge the stuffed chops in all-purpose flour.
- Brown the chops in vegetable oil in a frypan.
- Place the browned chops in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the chops.
- Cover the pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
