Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. warm water

Instructions

  1. Mix ground mustard, flour, turmeric, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, warm water, and honey.
  3. Combine the dry and wet mixtures, then bring to a boil.
  4. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Pack the mustard into clean jars.
  6. Press out any air pockets from the jars.
  7. Store in a cool place.
  8. To keep fresh, add a slice of lemon on top.
