Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. dill weed
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add parsley, salt, garlic powder, white pepper, and dill weed to the mixture.
  3. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with water and 1/2 teaspoon white pepper until blended.
  5. Heat a 10-inch heavy skillet over medium heat until hot.
  6. Add olive oil and butter to the skillet and allow to melt.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  8. As the mixture starts to cook, gently lift the edges of the omelet with a spatula and tilt the pan so uncooked egg flows underneath.
  9. Spoon the cheese mixture into the center of the omelet and fold the sides over the filling.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
