Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • sliced tomatoes
  • sliced cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, tomato soup, chopped onion, mustard, Worcestershire, and horseradish together.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a split French bread or sub rolls.
  3. Cover the edges completely to prevent burning.
  4. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for approximately 12 minutes.
