Ingredients

  • ground chuck
  • onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • spaghetti sauce
  • mozzarella cheese
  • hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion.
  2. Make hamburger balls, mixing in the chopped onion.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
  4. Bake the hamburger balls in a 400°F oven until cooked through.
  5. Heat spaghetti sauce separately.
  6. Toast the hoagie rolls.
  7. Place the cooked hamburger on the toasted roll.
  8. Cover the hamburger with heated sauce.
  9. Add mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
