Homemade Dog Biscuits

- Combine all dry ingredients, except yeast, in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
- Add chicken stock to the dissolved yeast and mix well.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Knead the mixture for about three minutes until well combined.
- If the dough is too stiff, add extra liquid or an egg to loosen it.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface to about 1/2-inch thickness.
- Use cookie cutters to cut the dough into bone shapes or other desired shapes.
- Place the cut-outs on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush the biscuits with a mixture of beaten egg and milk.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and leave the biscuits inside overnight to harden into bones.
