Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pack chicken soup supplement
  • 1 cup carrots, peeled, sliced and halved
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat frying pan to medium heat.
  2. Cook onion in Pam until tender.
  3. Add potatoes, carrots, green beans, chicken soup supplement, black pepper, and parsley to the pan.
  4. Cook until all ingredients are tender, about 15 to 30 minutes.
