Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 medium potatoes, unpeeled
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat cooking oil and butter at medium heat in a skillet.
  2. Grate the potatoes and add them to the skillet.
  3. Sprinkle minced onions on top of the potatoes.
  4. Saute the mixture for a few minutes until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, ideal with country breakfast.
