Hot Bacon Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. bacon
  • 1 med. green pepper
  • 3 lg. onions
  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 sm. can B&M baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 can french cut green beans

Instructions

  1. Fry 8 oz. bacon, drain and break up into small pieces.
  2. Fry green pepper, onions and hamburg in the bacon fat/drippings until soft and done.
  3. Add brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
  4. Microwave bacon, peppers, onions, hamburg, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard, covered for 6 - 7 minutes.
