Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. chipped beef
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 onion

Instructions

  1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and mix with sour cream, then stir in shredded chipped beef, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Serve hot with French bread.
