Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bratwurst
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. beer
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. prepared mustard
  • 4 tsp. horseradish

Instructions

  1. Brown bratwurst in oil; drain.
  2. Add beer to sausages and cover.
  3. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, and horseradish to the pan.
  5. Cook until thickened.
