Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese with milk until smooth.
  2. Chop the dried beef in a blender or finely by hand.
  3. Add the chopped beef to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, white pepper, chopped green pepper, and chopped onion.
  5. Mix in the sour cream until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
