Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. grated onion or 3 chopped green onions
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 1/2 oz. chopped dried beef
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, grated or chopped green onions, chopped bell pepper, chopped dried beef, and milk; pour into a pie pan.
  2. Saute chopped pecans in butter until toasted, then sprinkle over the dip.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve hot with your choice of crackers.
