Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 chopped bell pepper
  • 12 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 8 oz. jalapeno Cheez Whiz
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • Fritos

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper in a skillet.
  2. Add the can of whole kernel corn, barbecue sauce, and Cheez Whiz to the skillet.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes.
  4. Add chili powder and stir well.
  5. Top with Fritos and transfer to a preheated 350°F oven.
  6. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes until heated through and Fritos are crispy.
