Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3/4 lb. boneless pork, cubed
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 (16 oz.) jars salsa
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans spicy chili beans
  • shredded lettuce
  • shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

Instructions

  1. Brown onion and pork in oil in a skillet or Dutch oven until pork is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in salsa and beans.
  3. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Ladle into bowls and add shredded lettuce, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped green chilies.
