Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup grated sharp cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • English muffins

Instructions

  1. Combine the black olives, mayonnaise, chopped onion, grated cheese, salt, and chili powder in a bowl.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto slices of English muffins.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the tops are lightly golden.
  4. Cut the muffins into quarters and serve immediately.
