Instructions
- Cook broccoli and drain.
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add flour, salt and pepper.
- Cook until bubbly.
- Stir in milk.
- Cook until thick and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in onion, mayonnaise and eggs.
- Carefully mix in broccoli.
- Turn into a 2-quart greased casserole and place uncovered into a pan of hot water.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- Top will be nicely browned.
