A comforting vegetable casserole combining broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, creamy mushroom soup, and melted Swiss cheese, perfect for family dinners and vegetable lovers alike.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. bag California Blend of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion rings
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix thawed and drained California Blend vegetables with cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, sour cream, and 1/2 can of onion rings.
  2. Put the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Bake covered at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining cheese and onion rings over the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
