- Mix thawed and drained California Blend vegetables with cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, sour cream, and 1/2 can of onion rings.
- Put the mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake covered at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining cheese and onion rings over the top.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
