Impossible Broccoli-Chicken Pie

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
- Rinse broccoli under water to thaw; drain thoroughly.
- Mix broccoli, 2 cups of cheese, chicken, and onion in the pie plate.
- In a blender or using a hand beater, beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the broccoli mixture in the pie plate.
- Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 to 35 minutes.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and bake until cheese is melted, about 2 to 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve with a crisp salad and rolls.
