- Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a deep 10-inch pie plate.
- Mix the frozen small shrimp, shredded American cheese, cubed cream cheese, and chopped green onion in the pie plate.
- In a blender or with a hand beater, beat the eggs, milk, biscuit mix, salt, and dash of nutmeg until smooth, about 15 seconds in a blender or 1 minute with a hand beater.
- Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp mixture in the pie plate.
- Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean, approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
- Let stand for 5 minutes to set before slicing.
- Cut into 6 or 8 servings and serve.
