Ingredients

  • 2 lb. round steak
  • 2 handfuls flour
  • 2 little onions
  • 2 cups fresh or canned tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cut the round steak into bite-size pieces.
  2. Fry the onions in grease until translucent.
  3. Brown the flour in some grease until golden.
  4. Chop the onions and add them to the browned flour.
  5. Add the tomatoes to the mixture.
  6. Finally, add the meat and simmer until tender.
