Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Accent
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 32 ounces can tomato juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cubed squash
  • 1/2 cup sliced okra
  • 1 teaspoon garlic

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet.
  2. Drain off the fat.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the skillet.
  4. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours or until the vegetables are tender.
