Individual Egglets are savory, customizable bites featuring eggs topped with cheese, bacon, and herbs, perfect for brunch or breakfast gatherings for 4 to 6 people.

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 Tbsp. cheese, grated
  • 6 Tbsp. crumbled bacon or Bac*Os
  • 6 tsp. minced parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • paprika
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Spray a 6-cup muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  2. Place one tablespoon of butter in each muffin cup.
  3. Gently break one egg into each muffin cup.
  4. Sprinkle each egg with 1 tablespoon grated cheese, 1 tablespoon crumbled bacon, and 1 teaspoon minced parsley.
  5. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and Tabasco to taste.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until eggs are set.
  7. Serve hot.
