Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 1/2 oz. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • romaine lettuce torn into bite-size pieces
  • croutons
  • 1/4 c. Romano cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Mix together the olive oil, vegetable oil, garlic, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a blender until smooth to make the dressing.
  2. Toss the dressing with torn romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated Romano cheese.
