Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh cold milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 (5 1/8 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar together.
  2. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Chill the crust.
  4. Pour sour cream and cold milk into a mixing bowl.
  5. Add the cream cheese and instant pudding to the bowl.
  6. Beat with an electric mixer for 1 minute or until smooth.
  7. Pour the cheese mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  8. Chill until set.
  9. Garnish with a thin frosting of sour cream, if desired.
