Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine (1 stick), softened
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and sugar until well combined.
  2. Slowly add chocolate syrup, mixing continuously.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add flour and beat until smooth.
  5. Stir in chopped nuts.
  6. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch sheet pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
