Ingredients

  • 6 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 10-inch pie pan or 9-inch square pan.
  3. Cook spaghetti to desired tenderness; drain and set aside.
  4. Brown the ground beef with chopped celery; drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in spaghetti sauce and sliced mushrooms; simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked spaghetti, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt; toss to mix.
  7. Place the spaghetti mixture in the prepared pan and press evenly over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust.
  8. Pour the meat mixture over the spaghetti crust.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
