Ingredients

  • 4 c. chopped squash
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 can drained mushrooms
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. sweet basil
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 tsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, add your chopped squash, onions and mushrooms. Cook until tender.
  2. Drain.
