Ingredients

  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta shells until done, then drain and set aside.
  2. Pour marinara sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  3. Cook the chopped spinach as directed on the package and drain thoroughly.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked spinach with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and eggs until well combined.
  5. Stuff the spinach and cheese mixture into the cooked pasta shells.
  6. Pour the heated marinara sauce over the stuffed shells in a baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
