Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground hamburger
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 cups cooked wide noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown 1 lb. ground hamburger, 1/3 cup chopped onion, garlic salt, oregano, and 1/2 tsp salt in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the browned mixture with 1 can tomato soup, 1/3 cup water, and 2 cups cooked wide noodles in a 1 1/2‑quart casserole dish.
  4. Top with 1 cup shredded cheese.
  5. Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
