Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) package noodles
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and add chopped onion; cook until golden.
  2. Add tomato soup, water, and noodles; cook until noodles are tender, stirring often.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in small can of cream-style corn and half of the grated cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
